FCGAMES has a refund policy as a form of security for our customers, guaranteeing refunds in the following cases:

*the customer withdraws from the purchase before receiving the product

*there is any problem regarding our stock or difficulty in delivering the product

Refunds are made via transfer via PIX. Our registered banks are:

-Itaú

-Nubank

– Santander

Please be advised that the refund is made ONLY AFTER THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT, within 48 hours of the RETURN OF THE PRODUCT.

In case of international transactions, the return will be made via PAYONEER.

The deadline for requesting a refund is up to 7 calendar days.
